Preliminary Testing(FIR)
On receipt of governor, a first information report(F.I.R) is prepared and Governor is tested on the “Test Rig” for performance.
If the performance is found satisfactory, the Governor is re-calibrated , packed and dispatched along with Test Reports / Certificates.
Dismantling , Cleaning and Inspection
If the performance of governor is found not satisfactory, Governor is thoroughly dismantled. All parts are cleaned. Parts assessment report is prepared. Estimate is sent to client
Assembling of Governors
On receipt of work order from client parts are issued from store pre-assembling work is completed parts are thoroughly cleaned governor is assembled and sent to testing department.
Final Testing
Governor is tested in site simulated condition, this includes:Re-calibrations of all settings. Load trial all parameters are recorded and testing report is prepared.Testing is inspected by Quality Control department. Test Certificate is issued.
