The overhaul process
Four stages. A document at each one.

First-run test
On receipt the governor is tested on the rig. If it performs, it is re-calibrated, packed and dispatched.
You receive: FIR + test report

Dismantle & inspect
If not, it is fully dismantled and cleaned, and every part is assessed.
You receive: parts report + estimate
3
Rebuild
On your work order, genuine parts are issued from stores and the governor is re-assembled.
You receive: work order confirmation
4
Final test
Tested in site-simulated conditions, re-calibrated, load-trialled and inspected by QC.
You receive: test certificate
